Can't log in with Chrome 91 on Windows 8.1 (but can in incognito mode and with Firefox)

Dear forum,
I have this login issue on Chrome:

Nextcloud version : 21.0.2
Operating system and version of client: Windows 8.1
Operating system and version of server: don’t know → docker
Apache or nginx version (eg, Apache 2.4.25): The one that comes with the current docker image
PHP version (eg, 7.4): replace me

Attempt to login to Nextcloud21.0.2 from Chrome (91) on Windows just directly reloads the login page. Happens just the same for any user.

However, if I use the Chrome incognito mode I can log in ok. Also works on Firefox in normal mode. And all other clients (Andriod) all works ok.

My setup:
Nextcloud in docker container running on Terramaster NAS.
There is no proxy, so I use the http access only as I use it only on internal network.

Previously I had NextcloudPI running with Nextcloud 17 and no issues. Problems started after upgrading to NC19. Then I migrated from NCP to NC (still all docker images).

What extensions do you have active in Chrome?
I believe extensions is the only difference between regular and incognito modes in Chrome…

Thank you henry!
You helped me find the solution (it’s nothing to do with extensions though ):
After clearing the Chrome browsing cache (CTRL+Shift+Delete) of ALL cookies it worked again!
Important: For me it was not sufficient to just delete all cookies from my NC site (http://192.168.178.25:8080/). Perhaps other ports that I used to use previously with NCPI still had active cookies.

As a side note:
As suggested by henry I did delete all my extensions (like Adblock and I don’t care about Cookies → highly suspicious!). But these extensions were not the culprits. I re-installed them and everything is working fine now (even without exeptions for my NC site).
