Can't connect to my android phone [Using Nextcloud by WLS]

I installed Netcloud Server on Windows using WLS Ubuntu 20.04.

Everything went fine, but I can’t sync with my android phone and I don’t know how to put a static ip.

I can’t use WebDAV, and on my android the error message is “Could not find host”

Bad idea. WSL is not suitable for running services. Consider running Ubuntu in Hyper-V instead.
