Can't configure nextcloud client on RHEL

Nextcloud 11 stable.

Nextcloud version 2.2.4 installed in RHEL7

Asks for username and password but can’t configure and no gui. Can anyone assist?

further to this, when I run as sudo it pops up to configure for root user.
