Can't chanhe flow condition (only "when" available)

Nextcloud version : 18.0.7
Operating system and version : CentOS Linux release 7.7.1908 (Core)
PHP version : PHP 7.2.27

I have installed app Automated Tagging.
According to this article “when” condition can be changed. But I have only “When file is changed” and no ability to change.

In the Article RED condition “when file is access” has no ability to change too (for example).

Is this the first time you’ve seen this error? (Y/N): Y

Steps to replicate it:

  1. Updated from 16. version by version
  2. Install app Automated Tagging
  3. Go too Settings - Flow
  4. add Automated Tagging
  5. Can’t change “When” condition

I can confirm the described behavior on Nextcloud 19.0.1 and the Files automated tagging-app v1.9.0. I recommend to open a new issue report here.
