Cant Change Background

Operating System: Linux 4.18.0-513.18.1.lve.2.el8.x86_64 x86_64

CPU: AMD EPYC 7713 64-Core Processor (32 threads)

Memory: 62.37 GB

The issue you are facing:

Cannot change background image getting the error conflict between new type (mixed) and old type (string)

Is this the first time you’ve seen this error? (Y/N):

Yes

Steps to replicate it:

  1. Login
  2. Go to theming and edit
  3. Try to change background image

The output of your Nextcloud log in Admin > Logging:

Fatal	no app in context
Error
Call to undefined method OC\Server::getEventDispatcher()
Could not boot files_trackdownloads: Call to undefined method OC\Server::getEventDispatcher()

The output of your config.php file in /path/to/nextcloud (make sure you remove any identifiable information!):

The output of your Apache/nginx/system log in /var/log/____:

Output errors in nextcloud.log in /var/www/ or as admin user in top right menu, filtering for errors. Use a pastebin service if necessary.

NA

Already fixed. It’ll be available in the imminent 30.0.1 maintenance release.

`Could not boot files_trackdownloads: Call to undefined method OC\Server::getEventDispatcher()

This is unrelated, but is because you appear to have an incompatible app force enabled. I suggest disabling that app: Activities for shared file downloads, visible to all admins - Apps - App Store - Nextcloud

Yeah I disabled a ton of APPs. Either way, I hope this gets sorted in the next fix it’s such a random thing to happen.
