Cannot write into "config" directory! issue

I copied the nextcloud folder to my /var/www/html/ then i ran the strong permission script since all permissions were root:root. Restart nginx and test in curl. I get a http 200 so i test in browser and i get the Cannot write into “config” directory!

Try setting chmod g+w config.php

thanks for the reply but after changing the conf file and putting the nextcloud folder ,i have a 200 ok but i get a blank page. see here https://github.com/nextcloud/server/issues/295#issuecomment-233528763
