Cannot write into "apps" directory - Loss of access after backup app enabled

Hello,

I am facing an issue with my Nextcloud instance. I looked into numerous threads and cant find something that will fix my issue.

Whenever i try to login i get the error

"Cannot write into “apps” directory.

This can usually be fixed by giving the web server write access to the apps directory or disabling the App Store in the config file."

Nextcloud configuration

Nextcloud is not installed - only a limited number of commands are available
Cannot write into "apps" directory.
This can usually be fixed by giving the web server write access to the apps directory or disabling the App Store in the config file.

Some parts of the output show that i dont have enough space for some reason. I tried delting the backup folders the app made but still nothing. Any proposals about how i can fix it?
