Cannot open documents by Collabora Online Server

I am running an own Nextcloud Server with a Collabora Office Server loaded as a docker image. After updating the Collabora Office Server seems to run and the Collabora environment opens, if I try to open a document, but the document itself is not opened.

I am running Nextcloud 21.0.5

I am having a similar issue with a non-docker installation:

White page in NextCloud v22.2.0, and this shows up in my Collabora server logs:

This could be the same issue as described in [1] or [2]. At least, we don’t see these “Failed to unmount” errors, but they could be related to docker which we do not use.

Since updating Collabora yesterday (2021-10-07) I face the same issue and I’m not using docker but a loolwsd.service installation on my server.

I had an issue with Collabora recently

Docker NC21 collabora issue

I had a docker installation with NC21 (from NC19) with traefik and collabora as extra container. After upgrade to latest collabora image collabora/code:6.4.10.1 I experienced issue with error “Failed to read document from storage. Please contact your storage server (cloud.example.com) administrator.” as described here triying to figure out if this is a collabora issue I went back to older collabora version 6.4.0.6 (unfortunately I used “latest” tag initially so I don’t really know which one…

it looks the problem was introduced in Collabora related to SNI… For me the update to collabora/code/6.4.10.10 solved the problem. You state you upgraded yesterday you might be on higher versions but referenced articles may help you to isolate the problem…

Thanks for your feedback. I solved the problem by rolling back to version 6.4.11.3. Everything runs fine now.

I think you are right. Collaboraoffice version 6.4.13.1 is buggy.
