Hello,
We cannot login to our cloud - cloud.primaklima.com.
After entering login details, HTTP ERROR 500 appear. No matter which browser or app we try.

Is this the first time you’ve seen this error? (Y/N): Yes

Steps to replicate it:

  1. visit cloud.primaklima.com
  2. enter login details
  3. failed - HTTP ERROR 500

the first place to look is your webserver-error-log.
did you update anything before this error appeared first (php-stuff is vital for NC)?

I don’t think that we have access to error log.

Or can you help me to find it?

We didn’t update anything.

Since we have this cloud we didn’t change anything.

well, did you install it yourself? (how?)
to me it looks like a hosted solution - in this case you should contact your provider.
