Cannot find advanced settings

HI. I’m using the official docker Nextcloud docker image. It seems the max upload size is too low for my need (fails to sync a 146MB file). I expected to fix it by going to the Advanced settings, but I can’t find advanced settings in my admin interface.

I use 16.0.1 and the interface is shown in french:

It sounds that you want to increase the available storage space of a user, which can be done in the user management.

Not quite. I speak about max uopload file size, but just capacity.

Anyway, the question is why can’t I see advanced settings?
