Cannot delete files - Locked

Can you reliably replicate it? (If so, please outline steps):Yes. I have two folders that appear locked. Can’t delete, rename, or even access these folders

The issue you are facing:How can I unlock these folders so they can be modified or deleted. I’m only a user of Nextcloud, and do not have server access so must be something I can do from Web page.
