Can you change the mail from name on emails from Nextcloud?

Hi all,

Does anyone know how or where I can change the “from” name on emails when a user receives an email from Nextcloud? For example, in the screenshot below, I would like to change the bolded, black “Nextcloud” portion and customize to something else.

I am using the latest version of Nextcloud, 19.0.1 on CentOS 7.

@Vincent_Stans I have looked through this, and specifically in the /var/www/html/nextcloud-19.0.1/lib/private/Mail/EMailTemplate.php file for the inquiry in question, but am still stuck. Is there any specific/additional info you can provide?

login as admin
then goto settings --> appearance (or theme)–> and there change the NAME :slight_smile:
