Can’t download .txt files from Zim to android

tabdigital.cloud/status.php shows “version” as “33.0.5.1”

Summary of the issue you are facing:

I set my Zim notes folder to the synced Desktop folder, then when I try to download the file from the android app it fails.

txt files not created with Zim can be downloaded

tried using google drive to upload and download said the txt file from Zim and that worked perfectly fine, but I don’t want to go back to google.

My phone is running Android 12 and I’m using tabdigital.cloud if that’s relevant

Steps to replicate it (hint: details matter!):

  1. Open Zim Desktop Wiki on Windows

  2. Make a folder for a Zim Notebook inside the synced Nextcloud folder

  3. try to download any of the .txt files made by Zim there to android

I need some help finding it, all I can see is “error ocdurred while downloading file” as a notification on my android device.
