The issue you are facing:
Can not upload any file from Web interface.
I can create files and folders within, but not upload.
Every time i getting messages like “You are about to send file of XX kb, but 0 kb is available”
Is this the first time you’ve seen this error?:
I moved to another server the other day. And upload stopped working. The previous server was powered by Centos 7.2 with Nginx and FPM with the same parameters.
