I am not getting a password reset email and my email address is correct. I have never logged into my Nextcloud server. Nextcloud will not allow me to login with my current email and password. Not going to spam and everything I have is correct. Please help.

I created it. I received the free one hour trial but that’s as far as I got.
Can you please explain what you mean by the one-hour free trial? That would imply that there is a provider behind it. Most people here have the lifetime free version on their own server. There are hundreds of providers and at least as many ways to set up and host a Nextcloud server.
This is the community forum for Nextcloud in general, not the support for your provider, which you should contact instead.
