Can NC AIO be setup with S3 storage as main storage from a docker compose file?

Hi,

I have successfully setup various instances of NCAIO on Hetzner VPS. Hetzner are now offering S3 storage (it’s still in Beta) which could make adding large amounts of storage to a VPS much more affordable than Block storage.

Is there a way of installing AIO from a docker compose file with environment variables with the main storage on S3 from the beginning without having to move data afterwards and edit the config.php?
