we are having a bit of trouble with the workflow of the calendar app. In our company we have a project manager who schedules the appointments for us. So far, we have all shared our personal calendars with the group and when appointments are due, the project manager enters them into the respective calendars. The problem is that the entry of the participants does not work reliably. Is there a solution that the project manager can enter the appointments and participants so that the participants do not always have to confirm them first? How do you manage this?
