Summary of the issue you are facing:

How to connect iOS, macOS and others externals applications to NextCloud Calendar when I use SSO Keycloak with NextCloud?

I tried to put userid: like something: `keycloak-7hfkdhjz-0klnzrgkj-JKsrglbkzv` and password from Keycloak, but I got Login failed at each attemp.

I found the solution.

In my personnal settings > security. At bottom, create app password !
