Calendar and Talk - Privacy

My company is using nextcloud on it’s own server. I assume, that when I am using the calendar or the Talk/chat app in nextcloud, the data will be stored on the server of the company. That’s great, but here is my question: is this information (events within calendar or messages within chat) private or could for example the administrator of the company access my personal data?

Everything (apart from files synced with E2E encryption) is always available at least to the system administrator, you always need to trust them on a certain level.
