That worked. It was “hard work”, but I had a list of the previous installed modules. Now: those modules are marked as “manually installed”. Is there any way, to mark them as automatic, so an update would not be hindered?

Sorry but I don’t understand what worked.
You can mark a packahe as automatic with apt-mark auto (so the package will be remove if no manually installed package depends on it)
That worked and solved the problem. Thanks for the help.
