Bug update nextcloud 11.0.3

Hi! I started the update of Nextcloud 11.0.3, but when Nextcloud created his backup to start the update, an error came. Now when I come to my web adress of Nextcloud, it’s written that Nextcloud is in maintenance. I can to turn off the maintenance mode. So, I try again to do the update but the problem is the same so Nextcloud says me that I can to restart the update but I don’t know how do that. Can you help me please? Thank you! Maxime

do you have access to your server via SSH?

Hi,
if you have access via SSH try this:

cd /var/www/nextcloud (directory of your installation)
then:
sudo -u www-data php occ maintenance:mode --off

Yes I can to connect me to my server with the SSH. I can turn off the maintenance mode.

Thank you for the reply. My problem is that I can’t do the update to 11.0.3. The update doesn’t work when Nextcloud create the backup. Nextcloud says me that I can to restart the update but I don’t know how.
