Hello,

I installed Nextcloud 13 in shared hosting 1and1 (now ionos). It’s ok, I synchronize my files, calendars, contacts… It’s great…
I have acces to all interfaces but I can’t access to the parameters, error :

why nextcloud 13 and not nextcloud 16?

You should check the server log files to find the root cause of the problem. Additionally you should install a supported Nextcloud release, e.g. 16.0.2, because v13 has already been declare End of life.

It’s when I wanted upgrade nextcloud throught parameters menu than I saw this bug…
