We’re evaluating AI-powered collaboration tools for a large organization with around 1,000–10,000 employees.
There are plenty of platforms like Microsoft Teams, Slack, Zoom, and also white-label solutions such as Sendbird, MirrorFly, Apphitect, and Troop Messenger that seem more customizable.
For teams of this size, what actually matters most in real use?
