Background tasks cannot work

When I add APCu‘memcache.local’ => ‘\OC\Memcache\APCu’,to “config.php”, the background tasks will not work properly. After removing APCu‘memcache.local’ => ‘\OC\Memcache\APCu’,, the background tasks can be used. Why?

I used Nextcloud 23.0.0 Ubuntu20.0.4 LTS
