I’m trying to find the way send the email after form submission that new respons have been added. Am i able to make it by standard features or need to be coded ?

we’re using the standard notifications for this. You can set up the notifications in your personal settings in the notifcations area:

But i have no Mail checkbox in notification settings.
Maybe i’m using incorrect version ?
Did you configure a mail server for sending mails?
yes, and it definitely works.
Also i tried to delete a notifications and add it again.

You can also check if this checkbox is selected in your Activity settings in the administration:
