I have a parent folder that I shared and added “parent” tags to. The folder should remain until it gets deleted manually. Files and subfolders in that folder should be tagged by a workflow (automated file tagging), so that the file retention can remove them after the set amount of time.
My problem is that a child-item of a folder receives the same tags as the (parent) -folder. I did not find a way to isolate the parent or child item to give them different tags. They receive the same tags, get the same retention treatment and the structure effectifly destroys itself after retention time is reached. Is there any way around that?
