Auto-fix "failed integrity" files

,

(I’m new here, I’m not sure if this is the right way to create an issue)(from original: Fix failed integrity files · nextcloud/all-in-one · Discussion #5588 · GitHub)
I would find it useful to automatically restore files that didn’t pass the integrity check.
According to Code signing — Nextcloud latest Administration Manual latest documentation I should “upload the correct file and delete the extra ones”, but I don’t know where the original files are and how to upload them.
I also found this comment: "Some files have not passed the integrity check" - #3 by Kerasit but it didn’t fix the problem, as it didn’t with the last three updates.
A new check confirms the problem of extra or different files, and I’d like a way to delete the extra ones and restore the different ones.
In my case, there are tens of thousands of corrupted files, and it’s not feasible to do this manually, one by one.

In that case you should better restore a backup as it looks like an update went wrong…

backups were not yet set up, I have already tried resetting the instance and restoring from backup, but the backup already had corrupted files, so no luck. I was hoping for a way to just delete the files it says are corrupt automatically.
