When I create an agenda and share it with a specific group, I would like to add a PDF as an attachment to an event. However, I’m encountering some issues:
- If I attach the PDF from my laptop, it becomes inaccessible to group members. The application opens a “file” window with no link to the PDF.
- If I attach a PDF from an existing file in a group folder, it opens the root of the shared folder but doesn’t select the file.
With my profile, the file opens directly in both cases.
It’s clear that if we have multiple PDFs in the same folder, it quickly becomes unmanageable.
What can I do? Is there a trick to solve this issue?
