AppStore not loading

Hello,

I use Nextcloud 19 beta 6 on Debian 10 Buster. The problem was the same with Nextcloud 18.
It’s a fresh installation

The Appstore is not working.
The integrated applications are available but the other pages do not load.

In the log I have this message :
Error PHP Invalid argument supplied for foreach() at /var/www/html/nextcloud/lib/private/Installer.php#411

I use these software :
PHP >> PHP 7.3.14-1~deb10u1 (cli) (built: Feb 16 2020 15:07:23) ( NTS )
APACHE >> Server version: Apache/2.4.38 (Debian) Server built: 2019-10-15T19:53:42
MYSQL >> mysql Ver 14.14 Distrib 5.7.29, for Linux (x86_64) using EditLine wrapper

Sometimes it does not work, same as the the forum here. Just wait till it works again.
