Since update to version 30.

Interne serverfout

De server was niet in staat je aanvraag te verwerken.

Stuur de hieronder afgebeelde technische details naar de serverbeheerder wanneer dit opnieuw gebeurt.

Sorry, I cannot read the Dutch (?) text. For me this sounds mostly like localized server logs.

What do you want to achieve? What is the actual problem?

This seems to be a bug from a first glance. In your case I’d suggest to just do touch appapi_apps.json and it should be working again.
