Apps not accessable or visable

First off, I am using cloudamo basic service. I also have been putting off this question for a week or two, so I am not certain about what I did that may or may not have done so…

When I go to apps, get a mostly blank page with a brief notice saying, "Unable to process the request, Unable to proceed. The only other thing on the page is a column which which indicates that there are 8 updates.,

What do I need to do.

Question no longer relevant to me. I had got the server reset.
