Apps management not loading

Hi,
I am just done with my installation but “apps” menu wont load at all, its just the loading symbol turning in circles. Same issue shows up when i try to load the “security&setup warnings” section of server settings.
Anybody had problems like that or a idea what it might be?

When i try to open that it is just an unreadable file like this:

I cant really do something with it.

You only pasted the stacktrace so i dont see the real error, try to paste the whole line.

My guess however is that your certificates are not configured correctly, check No App-Store shown or similar threads (just search the forum ;))

I cant bcause its like 900K of letters and this box just fits 32K.

you dont need to paste everything, just the line that contains your stack trace

I had the same problem with proxy policy. Check your server outbound connections.

Thats at least one step further.
You got any idea how to solve it?
I found some cURL 7 errors but they dont seem to fit.
Port 80 or github are clearly not blocked on Proxy or Firewall.

Well PHP times out when it tries to reach it via curl, thats all.

Ok but why? And how do i solve it? You canÂŽt really use nextcloud without access to additional apps.

No idea how to solve it, you need to debug why your server exhibits this behavior. Could be anything really.

Thank you very much anyway! I guess i will try a second install on a different OS and see if it shows the same behavior.
Yes I did. I changed the name, updated permissions and deleted it completly(Not all at the same time of course ;-)) but none of it helped.

It is environment issue. Have you got outbound connections at all?

Yes i have. And i see no reason why a connection with port 80 should be blocked.

Make sure your DNS is working on the OS that your NC server is installed on. Can you successfully ping GitHub.com?
