I would like to have a feature in the App Store to see what’s new:
- What is new showing the date added/changed (descending by date).
- What is new since last visited.

You can sort it newest first and in the information-box of each app you can see when it was last updated
That is good but a dedicated section on the front app page would still be valuable, for bringing more visibility to new applications. It’s not for a lack of technical ability, but rather for a lack of design thinking in presentation. The app store may not be “selling” anything but it still needs to have good marketing.
