Any Suggestions for an OTP Windows Login Provider?

We are using NC 11 with OTP and Free OTP as 2-Factor Auth. I am so exited about the 2-Factor Auth that I would like to see 2F Auth on my Windows Notebooks too. Do anybody have a suggestion where to find an Open Source Windows Login Provider?
