Any chance to get rid of remote.php within Cal/Card/WebDAV url

Hi!

i got rid of the index.php part within the urls. But is there any chance to get rid of the remote.php part inside the urls?
e.g. use https://domain.tld/dav/ instead of https://domain.tld/remote.php/dav/
