Couldn’t find any helpful solutions while crawling google and the forums, any help would be appreciated.
I have setup LAMP stack and Nextcloud base don these two documents:

I gave Nextcloud an SSL Cert based on this article:
I have my system working up to this point, using an NFS Mount from my NAS as the main Data storage, and a Samba Share loaded as “External Storage”
I installed Collabora based on this article:

In Nextcloud Settings, for “Office” I have a green Checkmark and it says “Collabora Online Server is reachable”
But when I try loading a file, I just get the “Document Loading Failed. Failed to load Nextcloud Office - Please try again later.”
Any suggestions?
