Android client upload fail

Having problems uploading a file to a shared folder using the Android app. I am fundamentally missing something very obvious I think (or misunderstanding how the app should work). Self-hosted NC 31.0.11 (not AIO), Android app 3.34.1 from F-Droid.

I launch the app, and hit the + button bottom right. I get an “Add to Nextcloud” set of options (Upload files, Upload content from other apps, Upload from camera etc).

Select Upload files and can navigate to where the file is. Select it using the circle on the right, hit the Upload button and nothing.

This is a public “dropbox” that I can access and successfully upload files via using a URL in my browser, so that is set up correctly I believe.

“Nothing” would generally means it’s uploaded. But I assume you mean “nothing” as in “I then checked the destination shared folder and don’t see the file there.”

What shows up under the Upload section in the mobile app? It will show transfers there.

Thank you @jtr.

The destination folder does not contain the file I am trying to upload.

I checked the Upload section and they were all paused. Un-paused and it worked.

I would question having paused as the default for this.
