Most likley an issue with your web server / proxy configuration… Try searching “Nextcloud Android Unknown Error” with the search function of this forum or with the internet search engine of your choice, in order to find examples of what could cause the error. If you don’t find a solution, please post some information about your system… At least Apache/nginx config, config.php, error logs…
