Allow sharing only from one folder

Hi all,

Is it possible to allow sharing only one folder or everything inside a specific folder?

We have an internal Nextcloud, which is working very well, and everything uploaded by any user is being labeled by a 7 days retention workflow. But, what should be great for us, would be that all users had an specific folder (for example, a “Public” folder) excluded from the Retention label/policy and that everything inside that folder could be shared.

Our current NC is v15.0.5.

I hope I’m understanding correctly. So you are trying to prevent sharing of anything except this one “public” folder? What are your retention rules currently set to exactly?
