All passwords are showing as Broken?

All passwords are showing as broken using Firefox 60.0.1 and extension 1.5.1a, even when adding them using the extension pop-up after logging in. What am I missing here?

It’s an issue with the haveibeenpwned.com api. The api endpint has moved. See this ticket. A fix will be released today.
