2022-05-09 20_04_31-Apps - Nextcloud
When i go to Apps, in the top left corner, it tells me all apps are up to date.
the next line down, it tells me that there is an update for one of my Apps.

Hi @baerrs,
You are missing the required support template. Please fill this form out and edit into your post.

This will give us the technical info and logs needed to help you! Thanks.

Why do so many people ignore the support template?

How the hell are we supposed to help you when we don’t even know what version of Nextcloud you’re using, much less the OS you use or what apps you’re running. Are you missing any indices? Missing any columns? What configuration warnings are you getting? If any?

For all we know, this is some poorly maintained commercial offering you’re paying for.

I have the same issue on my nc instance In my case:

Support intro

Nextcloud version (eg, 20.0.5): 23.0.4.1
Operating system and version (eg, Ubuntu 20.04): unknown (managed hosting)
Apache or nginx version (eg, Apache 2.4.25): unknown (managed hosting)
PHP version (eg, 7.4): 8.0.17

The issue you are facing:

Is this the first time you’ve seen this error? (Y/N): N

Steps to replicate it:

Wait for new App update. If any App update available, switch to Apps-App.

The output of your Nextcloud log in Admin > Logging:

No errors in Log

The output of your config.php file in /path/to/nextcloud (make sure you remove any identifiable information!):

not available (managed hosting)

The output of your Apache/nginx/system log in /var/log/____:

not available (managed hosting)

Output errors in nextcloud.log in /var/www/ or as admin user in top right menu, filtering for errors. Use a pastebin service if necessary.

not available (managed hosting)
