When i go to Apps, in the top left corner, it tells me all apps are up to date.
the next line down, it tells me that there is an update for one of my Apps.

Why do so many people ignore the support template?
How the hell are we supposed to help you when we don’t even know what version of Nextcloud you’re using, much less the OS you use or what apps you’re running. Are you missing any indices? Missing any columns? What configuration warnings are you getting? If any?
For all we know, this is some poorly maintained commercial offering you’re paying for.

Wait for new App update. If any App update available, switch to Apps-App.
The output of your Nextcloud log in Admin > Logging:
No errors in Log
The output of your config.php file in /path/to/nextcloud (make sure you remove any identifiable information!):

Output errors in nextcloud.log in /var/www/ or as admin user in top right menu, filtering for errors. Use a pastebin service if necessary.
