AIO on an Ubuntu 22.4.03

My NC AIO is super slow while switching between apps

The server has 64Gig RAM with 2 Physical CPUs available. Is installed behind NGINX reverse proxy and NGINX has also been tuned to its best.

This behaviour is especially enabling the Mail app and now it has been disabled for the obervance.
