AIO Borg: Data integrity error: Archive authentication did not verify cant follow instructions

Nextcloud AIO v9.6.0
Ubuntu 22.04.5 LTS

Did a manual backup for 1st time in months and it failed with the above error. It used to work. did backup integrity check and it failed.
Read the instructions and it has to do with TAM.
It says I need borg backup 1.2.8. I have 1.2.0
there was an update for the master container so I updated. That didn’t upgrade borg.
Did sudo apt update and sudo apt upgrade. Upgraded 114 items. That didnt upgrade borg.
I’ve been trying to upgrade borg to 1.2.8 with everything I could find on the net and nothing works. My head is spinning.
Tried upgrading to borg 1.4.0 but there doesnt seem to be a deb package.
I know my netcloud aio system uses AIO.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

This link explained why the backup failed and gave instrcutions to fix, but it says I need borg 1.2.8.
I tried updating master container and apt update and looking for a deb to download and install. I think the latest ver I found was borg 1.4 but it didnt have a deb package.

Can anyone tell me hot to upgrade my borg or tell me how to fix this TAM thing with the borg version I do have?
