After update to 23.0.0 old subject "error : A session had already been started"

Debian SID, PHP 7.4.28, Apache/2.4.54.
Until now, I used 22.2.10 release without difficulty.
There was no problem during the update to 23.0.0 release.
But when I try to login, I got the error “A session had already been started”.
This is an old topic that has already been brought up but I didn’t understand if there was a solution.

Problem solved by modifying the "‘htaccess.RewriteBase’ parameter.
The management of this parameter by the Apache “Rewrite” module must have changed between these 2 versions.
