After a fresh installation, nextcloud can't askme to create admin

Hi, after installing nextcloud on my raspberry Pi
with this command

curl -sSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/nextcloud/nextcloudpi/master/install.sh | bash

nextcloud askme to login but not to create the admin account
and of course I can’t log in
is there any cli command to create the admin?

Nope, i see only the login page

There is no activate file or folder
i’m under ddns.net domain, my webserver is up and running

I redone the installation via web, now I can create the admin user but it gives me an error

Error while trying to create admin user: Failed to connect to the database: An exception occurred in driver: SQLSTATE [HY000] [2006] MySQL server has gone away
