I want to know if admin #1 can see what admin #2 is saving in the cloud?
If admin #1 uses the app Passwords, are these passwords visible to admin #2? I understand that when admin #1 shared a password to admin #2, admin #2 can see it, but I want to know if “non shared” passwords are visible for other admins.

An admin can basically do everything and can also impersonate other users. (There is an app for that purpose) And if he cannot look at something directly, he could simply reset a user’s password and log in as that user.
About the password app: I do not use it, but as far as I know, you can secure the password safe with a separate password. If you don’t do that, another admin can theoretically gain access to it, but others may know more about this…
