Admin page lists out-of-date version, but updater lists me as proper version

Currently operating NC 28.01 w/ Php 8.1.20

This is mostly a cosmetic issue but anytime the admin page comes up it lists that I’m running an out-of-date version. When I open the updater link it takes me right to the proper version. See below.

File integrity passes.

Version

Nextcloud Hub 7 (28.0.1)

Update

The version you are running is not maintained anymore. Please make sure to update to a supported version as soon as possible.

A new version is available: Nextcloud 23.0.12

Intriguing.

Can you post the output of occ config:list system?

Also can you elaborate a bit as to your installation method (e.g. manual, Docker, etc) and how you typically deploy your updates?

Manual installation to apache 2.4.57

Updates usually run via web gui.

Set max Debug to log file with no relevant info.

No traffic is being dropped from Nextcloud thru Firewall. All packets are allowed. tested

Noticed the app store is a little thin too. Only showing installed modules. Relevant?
