How can I fix this message in nextcloud’s logs?Warning core Trusted domain error. “ip address” tried to access using “domain name” as host.

In your config.php there is a “trusted domain” entry. (may be more than one)
If you talk to your nextcloud via ip adress or an domainname which is not listed under trusted domains, that triggers that error, and access to the server is blocked.
Please explain your setup in more detail if you have further questions.
