Add new Contact Greyed out

Just installed Nextcloud on linode but i’ve seem to be unable to add contact manually. If I’m the admin the add contact is available but greyed out to regular users.

Nextcloud 19.0.3
PHP 7.3.19-1~deb10u1

Make sure you have an addressbook that is writeable.
