Activity Widget is always empty, while WebUI page shows entries

Hello Team,

For an unknown reason the Activity widget is always empty while is not empty in the web UI at the related page.

Nextcloud version: 25.0.6.1
Operating system and version: Linux 4.19.66-v7+ armv7l GNU/Linux
Apache or nginx version: nginx version: nginx/1.14.2
PHP version: PHP 8.0.28

Is this the first time you’ve seen this error? : N (every time I log in the WebUI)

The file nextcloud.log is empty, so I have not any warning or useful message to investigate.

Could you please help me in understanding what is missing or wrong in my NC instance?

Did you find the reason for this yet? I’m having the same issue unfortunately with Nextcloud 26.

Unfortunately I have not found a solution and no one has answered my question!

I just checked that the widget shows the activities of other users that I have on my nextcloud but not mine, which I see from the related webui page. I’d like to understand if the app is enabled for specific groups or permissions.
